• Uploaded and processed files are stored temporarily.
• Files are automatically deleted after a maximum of three (3) months.
• We do not permanently archive uploaded or processed subtitle content.

Usage Data

We store usage-related information such as:

• Processing timestamps
• File size or token usage metrics
• Account activity records

This data is used for service functionality, monitoring, billing, and system improvement.

Payment Information

Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Stripe may retain payment information in accordance with its own privacy policies.

• Provide subtitle processing services

• Uploaded and processed subtitle files are automatically deleted after three (3) months.
• Account information is retained while the account is active.
• Inactive accounts may be reviewed after one (1) year of inactivity and may be deleted during periodic account reviews.
• Users may request earlier deletion at any time.
